Summary:
In order to best support BlackBerry and assist in the delivery of strong transformational growth, an exciting and challenging opportunity now exists a Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and contribute towards its success. Responsibilities You will be integral to ensuring that we attract and retain the very best talent within the industry. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition this role supports positions in North America and is based in our South Florida (Sunrise) facility. You will work closely together to develop new and effective direct sourcing strategies to meet BlackBerry's business needs. Additionally, you will establish and cultivate a consultative relationship with hiring managers through close working relationships across business units and have responsibility for the entire recruitment and selection process from directly sourcing suitable candidates to initial interviews; delivering candidates to hiring managers and delivering and negotiating employment offers. Essential skills and qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related subject area Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a global organization focusing on full 3600 recruitment (from sourcing candidates through to direct search to negotiating offers and supporting on-boarding) Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, multifaceted high-tech organization, preferably across the North American region Knowledge and experience of direct sourcing using LinkedIn, Twitter and other social networking tools, a demonstrable track record of using social media to attract talent is needed. Experienced with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Experience interviewing and assessing candidates up to Executive level Comfortable working with all levels of management and building rapport up to Executive level. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to deal with very sophisticated hiring processes and follow them through to closure Be an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage others Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key Note:

$80K -- $100K
