Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Effectively manages the key suppliers of products, services and labor brokerage services and improves the cost of products and services being provided. Uses the 7-step sourcing methodology to provide strategic commodity plans for subcontractor provided labor commodities. In conjunction with the Commodity/Category Manager, to be proactive in the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers that can meet Vectrus enterprise wide demand requirements, provide alternative or replacement products and/or services with better performances and lower total landed costs. Will conduct RFQ's and review in accordance to compliance documentation and repository for supply chain access. Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding supplier performance, improvement requirements, corrective action, new opportunities and new programs Understand the availability of suppliers products and services to ensure capacity availability of resources and if needed, alternatively sources the products and services Lead and execute the contract negotiations with assigned suppliers and assists with the development and implementation of the terms and conditions that are equitable to the supplier and Vectrus terms of Net 45, including FOB Destination for CONUS. Conduct annual supplier reviews and develop planning with the supplier for the next year. Develop and understand any potential small and/or diverse businesses within the commodity Understand and review risks that may influence subcontractor performance, costs and availability and develop resolutions to mitigate the risks Responsible for managing to yearly targeted improvements Other duties as required to effectively source, acquire and manage product and services Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience Proven ability to effectively influence/lead change and execute to plan. Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities; Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems and drive improvements. Skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to listen and deal with conflicting opinions. Excellent presentation skills with experience reporting/presenting to different teams and to executive management Strong computer skills including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems; Knowledge of tools, processes, and operations planning. Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, experience in managing complex supply chains, cost models, and quotation analysis. Strong negotiations skills and contract experience (i.e. Master Supply Agreements, Business Contracts, etc.) with proven track record of successful negotiations with global suppliers Ability to work proactively work alone as well as collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional peers to define sourcing strategies, commodity roadmaps, solve problems, drive transformation & improvements, and support critical deadlines.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & Logistics, ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
